    UAE president hosts Iranian foreign minister in significant diplomatic meet

    The United Arab Emirates President, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, today hosted Iran’s Foreign Minister, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, in a significant diplomatic meeting. Taking place at Al Shati Palace, this meeting comes as part of Amir-Abdollahian’s working visit to the UAE, marking another significant step in the nations’ diplomatic interactions.

    During this high-profile discussion, the Iranian Foreign Minister relayed cordial greetings from Ebrahim Raisi, the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran. In a sign of mutual respect, President Raisi expressed his optimism for the UAE’s continued progression and prosperity. The interactions denote a promising undertone in the ties between the two countries.

    Responding to the conveyed sentiments, Sheikh Mohamed extended his greetings to the Iranian President. He also expressed his hopes for the further advancement and growth of Iran and its citizens. This reciprocation of positive vibes forms a foundation for future constructive discussions and agreements.

    During this diplomatic meet, the UAE President and the Iranian Foreign Minister deliberated on several matters, focusing on their bilateral relations and potential avenues to augment their cooperation. The importance of mutual collaboration was underscored, setting the stage for future diplomatic discussions.

    The two leaders also engaged in conversation on various regional and international subjects. They underscored the significance of capitalizing on the positive developments in the region to bolster stability and prosperity for their peoples. This perspective emphasized the potential benefits their strengthened relationship could have on the regional stability.

    Among the notable attendees of this meeting were Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of the Presidential Court; Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs; Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan; Ali Mohammed Hammad Al Shamsi, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for National Security; Khalifa Shaheen Al Marar, Minister of State; and Saif Mohammed Al Zaabi, the UAE Ambassador to Iran.
